Client Services Co-ordinator

We require a Client Services Co-ordinator to deliver the day to day residential operation and co-ordinate a range of in-house activities.  This is an exciting and challenging role for someone with knowledge of Special Needs/Disabilities, school administration or hospitality experience and one which is essential to the success of the Centre.  Internally the Residential Co-ordinator will be responsible for all residential bookings and acting as an intermediary between the client and the charity.   Externally the role plays a leading part in building and strengthening relationships with schools and organisations in order to attract visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate all bookings for residential and day activities including
    • liaison with client and Centre’s housekeeping, catering, and sport and finance departments.
  • requisite paperwork
  • co-ordination of meal plans and special dietary requirements
  • co-ordination of room plans with housekeeping
  • obtain information about specific medical conditions
  • co-ordination of staff work rotas to meet client demand, advising Centre Manager of additional staffing requirements
  • Act as intermediary between the client and the charity ensuring the highest standard of customer care is delivered
  • Provide out of hours cover as required by visiting groups
  • Monitor and respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet prospective visitors and organise or conduct tours of the Centre.
  • Monitor and collate accurate data relating to visits and standards of service delivery
  • Act as Duty Manager for the Centre as required

Person Specification

  • Have previous Special Needs, school administration or hospitality experience
  • Have a friendly and accommodating personality with a genuine desire to provide high levels of customer care
  • IT literate
  • Be self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • High professional standards of presentation
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands

• Help to prepare and serve meals
• Clean and tidy dining room and kitchen

Cleaner
• Assist with general cleaning of the Centre including reception, gym, changing rooms and toilets
• Assist with cleaning of the residential areas to cover Housekeeper’s day off
