27th September. Open Day at Combermere Gardens
The 27th September will see us returning again to Combermere Abbey for their Open Gardens. This is a fantastic opportunity to stroll around the gardens and explore the ever evolving, restored 5 acre Victorian Walled Gardens of a privately owned historic estate and experience its horticultural splendour.
With stunning views of the lake through The Pleasure Garden and Garden Wood, enjoy a peaceful moment of relaxation.
The magnificently restored Glasshouse sits at the apex of the Walled Gardens within the Abbey’s Fruit Tree Maze, the only one of its kind in the world!
Light refreshments are available and there will be a plant and produce stall too, with the Abbey’s team of gardeners on hand to answer any questions.
Gates open at 1pm and close at 5pm with last admission at 4pm
Admission: Adults – £5.00, Children under 16 – £2.00
Please note that no picnics or dogs are allowed at the Garden Open Afternoons.
