Introducing Wingate1000 - our new fundraising campaign

If you run a local business, you’ll want your corporate social responsibility (CSR) budget to make a lasting difference in your community.

But you might not know where to start.

So we’ve made it easy by launching Wingate1000.

Our new initiative gives your company a simple way to support a charity that changes lives right here in Cheshire.

By signing up to our fundraising campaign, we invite your business to raise at least £1,000 a year to support the work of The Wingate Centre in Wrenbury, near Nantwich.

Why support The Wingate Centre?

For more than three decades, our small independent charity has been providing inclusive activities for children and adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Many people in the local area know us for our gymnastics and cheerleading, which we’re extremely proud of.

But we do so much more than that.

We provide residential breaks, sport and fitness, and community facilities for children and adults with SEND and their families. 

We have the Sunshine Café. We offer school residential trips and day visits. And this year we opened Wingate Holidays, our brand-new accessible accommodation for families and others, available to book now. 

There's something here for everyone, regardless of age and ability.
